I'm blessed to have the opportunities and support to create unique customer service products.

My professional life changed the day Colleen Barrett (Southwest Airlines President Emeritus) invited me to take on a couple of her “pet projects.”  What started out as an effort to get in touch with our customers before they contacted us blossomed into a unique Proactive Customer Service Team that's recogized as an industry leader in around-the-clock service excellence. 

I am enthusiastically committed to providing the best experiences for all.  The highlights of my professional career are tabulated (at the left), and sharing them with you is an honor.
